The plate heat exchanger is pressed with metal plates, which requires a high specific pressure (500-600bar), The total pressure of the equipment is relatively high, and the tonnage of the press required for the plates with large size difference is also quite different, so it is usually possible to choose between 3000t and 20000T. It is a waste of energy to press small plates with large press, but it is inconvenient to operate. Therefore, for small and medium-sized factories, there are small presses as well as large ones. However, the use frequency of large presses is far lower than that of small hydraulic presses Machine, if idle, it is very uneconomical.

Combined (plate heat exchanger) plate hydraulic press adopts split upper slider and synchronous pressing technology (see Figure), which perfectly realizes that one large press can be used as two small presses at the same time. In addition to large plate pressing, two kinds of small plates of different specifications can be pressed separately.
